Due to high call volume with increased COVID cases and winter weather, we want to recommend additional ways to reach our office and get help within 24 hours during the weekdays.
1) If you are an existing patient, please use your Patient Portal to send a message to the doctor office. This is much FASER AND EFFICIENT. You can access Patient Portal very easily by visiting our website https://ntm360.com and click on the top menu “Patient Portal”.
2) You can also send a message to our staff at [email protected], if you have difficulty accessing Patient Portal or need help with resetting your password.
3) Scheduling. Appointment scheduling can be done online as well. You can use patient portal or clock on “Online Appointments” from our main web page – ntm360.com Only if you cannot find appointment slots that fit your needs, please call or send a message through portal.
